井下段钻柱耦合振动及钻井液压力分析 被引量:7

摘要 针对深水钻井井下段钻柱在横向、纵向和扭转方向上的非线性耦合振动问题,根据动力学原理建立了井下段钻柱非线性耦合振动数学模型和井筒内钻井液压力波动模型,分析了波动钻压和波动转速对井下段钻柱横纵耦合振动、纵扭耦合振动的影响以及钻柱振动对井筒内钻井液压力波动的影响。研究结果表明:随着钻压的增大,钻柱的横向和纵向振动幅度都有一定程度的增加,钻柱稳定性变差,钻压增大对钻柱横向振动影响最大;在低转速时,钻柱容易产生较大的纵向振动,随着转速的继续上升,钻压波动和钻头黏滑振动幅度明显减小,钻柱稳定性提高;井筒内钻井液压力受钻柱振动影响较大,并随着钻柱系统的耦合振动幅度增大而上升,同时呈一定的周期性变化。研究结果可为深水钻井作业提供一定的指导。 To address the problem of nonlinear coupled vibration of the drill string in the axial,lateral and torsional direction in the downhole section of deepwater drilling,a mathematical model of nonlinear coupled vibration of the drill string in the downhole section and a model of drilling fluid pressure fluctuation in the wellbore are established according to the dynamic principle.The influence of the fluctuated WOB and rotation speed on the lateral-axial coupled vibration and axial-torsional coupled vibration of the drill string in the downhole section are analyzed.And the effect of drill string vibration on the drilling fluid pressure fluctuation in the wellbore is also analyzed.The research results show that with the increase of WOB,the amplitude of the axial and lateral vibration of the drill string increases in a certain extent,and the stability of the drill string becomes worse.The increase of WOB has the greatest impact on the lateral vibration of the drill string.At low rotation speeds,the drill string is prone to large axial vibration.As the rotation speed continues to increase,the WOB fluctuation and the bit stick-slip vibration amplitude are significantly reduced,and the stability of the drill string is improved.The drilling fluid pressure in the wellbore is greatly affected by the vibration of the drill string.And it rises as the coupled vibration amplitude of the drill string system increases,showing a certain periodic change at the same time.The research results can provide certain guidance for deepwater drilling operations.
