摘要
基于不同摩擦配对副,探讨了盘式制动器粘滑振动的特点,并对配对副硬度对粘滑振动的影响进行了研究。结果表明:摩擦副配对对粘滑振动有较大影响,摩擦因数越高,波动越大,则产生粘滑振动的趋势越大,相应的振动幅值也越大;硬度高的摩擦副配对,摩擦因数较大,在运动过程中摩擦因数的波动也大,特别是在临近停车的低速情况下,具有产生粘滑振动的趋势。此外,高硬度的配对副发生粘滑的临界速度小于硬度低的配副。
