摘要
把旋转钻柱简化为一内外有流体的柔性转子系统 ,分析了在内外钻井液流体作用下的钻柱涡动行为。研究表明 ,钻柱内钻井液将影响钻柱的受力状况及运动形式 ,钻柱外钻井液使钻柱承受一个与其旋转运动速度同向的侧向力 ,加大了钻柱涡动行为 ;钻柱与井壁接触摩擦 ,使钻柱在低速时也发生涡动。建立和求解了内外钻井液对钻柱动压力的数学模型 ,探讨和描述了内外钻井液作用下钻柱涡动过程的动力学机理和运行规律 ,得到了钻柱涡动失稳的临界条件。
This paper studied the annulus whirling motion of rotary drill string. The behavior of drill string whirling motion caused by the actions of drilling fluids both inside and outside the drill string was analyzed, the drilling fluids inside the drill string will influence the state of bear forces and the motion form. The drill string will bear side forces along with the direction of rotary motion velocity and enlarge the whirling motion. The drill string rubs the wall of well, which causes the whirling motion under the low rotary velocity. We present a mathematical model describing the annulus whirling motion and derive critical conditions of unstable whirling of the drill string. Furthermore the paper discussed the physical mechanism and operating laws of the drill strings whirling caused by the actions of drilling fluid inside and outside the drill string in details, at last an example was given.
