摘要
本文就钻井作业中经常发生的钻具扭断事故进行了运动机理上的分析和研究,并运用双向应力状态分析方法及能量守恒原理,对钻柱在静态下的轴向力和在剪切作用力下的许用扭矩计算,以及钻柱在旋转状态下的动态许用扭矩的计算进行了研究,从而使扭矩计算及其限制更接近于现场实际。
Based on drillstring torsional fracture accident often happened, the paper makes an analysis and research from its motion mechanism. Applying duplex stress condition analysis and energy conservation principle, the calculation of allowable torque under the action of axial force and shearing force, the calculation of the allowable torque of drillstring in rotating condition are analyzed, so as to let the torque calculation and its limit more approach in-situ practice.
