摘要
钻柱振动是在当前钻井工程中的普遍现象,对钻井的影响很大,钻柱共振是钻柱失效的主要原因。文章研究深井钻柱的振动问题,以深井钻柱为研究对象,分析研究了钻柱的纵向振动、横向振动及扭转振动。首先,建立了深井钻柱各种振动的力学模型,获得了钻柱振动所遵循的物理规律,得到了钻柱的各种共振频率。然后,结合实际对振动规律进行了应用,该研究为减小深井钻具损坏和优化钻具设计提供了理论依据。
Drill string vibration is a common phenomenon in the process of well drilling. Drilling string resonance is the main reason of the drilling string failure. Drill string vibration of deep wells is studied in the article. The axial vibration, lateral vibration and torsional vibration of drill strings are analyzed. At first, the mechanics models of all the vibrations are established for drill strings of deep wells. The physical law followed by the drill string vibration is discovered. And the various resonance frequencies of the drill string are obtained. Then, the vibration law is applied in the field. The study provides the theoretical ground for deep wells to reduce the drilling string failure and optimize the drilling string design.
