摘要
目的探讨图片对照计划绳梯穿刺法运用于动静脉内瘘绳梯穿刺中对血液透析治疗患者的影响。方法选择长期维持性血液透析治疗的患者50例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用传统绳梯穿刺法,观察组采用图片对照计划绳梯穿刺法,比较2组患者一次性穿刺成功率、绳梯穿刺执行率、患者满意度、穿刺相关并发症发生率。结果2组患者一次性穿刺成功率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组绳梯穿刺执行率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组穿刺相关并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论图片对照计划绳梯穿刺法可提高一次性穿刺成功率,减少穿刺相关的血管并发症,延长内瘘使用寿命,提高患者透析效果和满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of picture-control plan rope ladder puncture method applied to arteriovenous fistula rope ladder puncture on hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 50 patients underwent long-term maintenance hemodialysis were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.Patients in the control group were treated with the traditional rope ladder puncture method,and those in the observation group were treated with the picture-control plan rope ladder puncture method.The success rate of once puncture,implementation rate of rope ladder puncture,patient satisfaction rate and the incidence of puncture related complications were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the success rate of once puncture between the two groups(P>0.05);the implementation rate of rope ladder puncture in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the patient satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of puncture related complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The picture-control plan rope ladder puncture method can improve the success rate of once puncture,reduce the vascular complications related to puncture,prolong the service life of internal fistula,and improve the dialysis effect and the patient satisfaction rate.
