摘要
目的观察双扣眼穿刺法在动静脉内瘘穿刺中的应用效果。方法按随机数字表将80例维持性血液透析患者分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组动静脉内瘘穿刺采用双扣眼穿刺法,对照组动静脉内瘘穿刺采用扣眼穿刺法。观察两组患者1年内内瘘感染及炎症反应发生率、穿刺成功率和穿刺时疼痛程度。结果观察组行内瘘穿刺5 467例次,对照组行内瘘穿刺5 664例次,一次穿刺成功率观察组93.7%、对照组74.5%,内瘘感染发生率观察组0.02%、对照组0.32%,疼痛程度观察组较对照组轻,经比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双扣眼穿刺法能减少内瘘感染发生率,减轻穿刺疼痛感,提高穿刺成功率。
Objective To observe the application effect of double buttonhole puncturing method in arteriovenous fistula puncture.Method Divide 80 maintenance hemodialysis patients into observation group（n=40）and control group（n=40）by random number table.Patients in observation group undergoing arteriovenous fistula puncture by double buttonhole puncturing method.Patients in control group undergoing arteriovenous fistula puncture by buttonhole puncturing method.Compare the incidence of fistula infection and inflammation,success rate of puncture and puncture-related pain level.Result There is 5 467 times of fistula puncture in observation group and 5 664 times in control group.One-time success rate of puncture is 93.7%in observation group and 74.5%in control group.Incidence of fistula infection is 0.02%in observation group and 0.32%in control group.Puncture-related pain is lighter in observation group than in control group.All the differences are significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Double buttonhole puncturing method can reduce incidence of fistula infection,relieve puncture-related pain and improve success rate of puncture.
