摘要
为探究零压力改良穿刺法在新内瘘患者穿刺中的应用效果,选取2020年1月—2022年1月黔南布依族苗族自治州人民医院收治的84例新内瘘患者作为研究对象,对抽取出的患者资料进行编号并分组,其中采用常规穿刺法的患者为对照组(n=42),采用零压力改良穿刺法的患者为观察组(n=42)。在随访期间的12个月内,分析对比两组患者的一次性穿刺成功率、穿刺疼痛评分以及与穿刺相关的并发症发生率。结果显示,一次性穿刺成功率经对比后,观察组的成功率显著较高,且患者在临床满意度方面优于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者的疼痛评分相对较低,并发症的发生可能性较低,与对照组患者形成显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。研究发现,对新内瘘患者行零压力改良穿刺法治疗,与常规的穿刺法相比,具有更高的一次穿刺成功率,穿刺疼痛感也更低,且与内瘘相关的并发症也相对较少,值得推广应用。
Explore the application effect of zero pressure improved puncture method in the puncture of new internal fistula patients.84 patients with new internal fi stula who were admitted to the People’s Hospital of Qiannan Buyei and Miao Autonomous Prefecture from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.The extracted patient data were numbered and grouped.Among them,42 patients with conventional puncture method were in the control group,and 42 patients with zero pressure modified puncture method were in the observation group.During the follow-up period of 12 months,analyze and compare the success rate of one-time puncture,puncture pain score,and incidence of puncture related complications between the two groups of patients.The results showed that after comparison,the success rate of one-time puncture was signifi cantly higher in the observation group,and patients had better clinical satisfaction than those in the control group(P<0.05);The pain score of the observation group patients is relatively low,and the likelihood of complications is relatively low,forming a signifi cant statistical diff erence compared to the control group patients(P<0.05).Research has found that the zero pressure modifi ed puncture method for treating new internal fi stula patients has a higher success rate and lower puncture pain compared to conventional puncture methods,and there are relatively fewer complications related to internal fi stula,which is worth promoting and applying.
