摘要
在现有公共政策、市场就业环境背景下,女性照护父母的强度并不高。虽然照护父母对女性工资收入有显著负向影响,几乎每天照护父母与农村户籍女性不选择从事私营、民办企业以及外企等非公共部门工作显著相关,但对女性就业满意度影响不存在显著差异。因此,照护父母(非正式工作)可能是一项积极决策而并非正式工作的次级选择、副产品或消极抵抗,未来应当探索超越正式与非正式工作的二元关系,建立积极工作观思路,通过将非正式照护规范化、可量化,发挥非正式工作低成本、灵活性、团结性等优势,使其成为女性一种重要且具有社会价值的工作选择,这将对促进女性工作和地位提高、提升老年人照护质量、保证社会的和谐稳定产生重要意义。
The article relies on a theoretical framework that transcends the binary boundary between formal and informal work and uses data from the 2018 Chinese Family Panel Studies to analyze the impact of caring for parents on female employment status.The empirical results show that under the current public policies and market employment environment,the intensity of females caring for parents is not high.Although caring for parents has a significant negative impact on women’s income,and almost every day caring for parents has a significant negative impact on rural household registration women engaged in non-public sectors,there is no significant difference in the impact on women’s employment satisfaction.Therefore,although informal work has a significant impact on employment income and types,it is not necessarily a secondary choice or by-product of formal work.It has the advantages of low cost,flexibility,solidarity and so on.Standardization and quantification of informal care and making it an important and valuable work choice for women will contribute to the promotion of women’s work and status,to the improvement of the quality of care for the elderly,and ensure the harmony and stability of the society.
