摘要
探讨综合护理干预对肛瘘手术患者术后自理能力及康复的影响。选取46例接受手术治疗的肛瘘患者为研究对象,按照入院先后顺序分为试验组和对照组,比较两组术后自理能力及康复情况。试验组术后健康知识水平、自我护理技能、自我护理责任感及ESCA总分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组术后VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),首次排尿时间、首次下地时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。综合护理干预可促进肛瘘手术患者康复,提升患者术后自理能力。
The research explores the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative self-care ability and rehabilitation of patients under anal fistula surgery.46 patients under anal fistula surgery are selected as the research objects,and they are divided into experimental group and control group according to the hospitalization order.Postoperative self-care ability and rehabilitation situation of two groups are compared.Health knowledge level,self-care skill,self-care responsibility and total ESCA score of experimental group are all significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),postoperative VSA score of experimental group is significantly lower than control group(P<0.05),and urination time and out of bed time for the first time,and hospitalization time are significantly shorter than control group(P<0.05).Comprehensive nursing intervention can promote the recovery of patients under anal fistula surgery,and improve postoperative self-care ability of patients.
