摘要
目的研究老年人健康体检应用护理干预对增强自我健康管理意识与保证睡眠质量的效果。方法在我院体检中心2019年4月至2020年4月接收的老年健康体检者中选择100例,并随机分为两组,其中对照组50例给予健康体检指导,观察组50例应用针对性护理。比较两组护理效果。两组患者性别、年龄等一般资料对比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。本次研究通过本院自制健康知识评分量表反应体检者健康知识水平;通过PSQI睡眠质量评分量表反应体检者睡眠质量情况;探讨两组依从性。结果观察组的健康知识评分、体检依从性明显高于对照组,PSQI睡眠质量评分明显低于对照组,组间的数据对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年健康体检者而言,积极进行针对性护理干预可增强其健康意识,提高其体检依从性,进而提高其自我健康管理水平,保证睡眠质量,进而保证身体健康,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on self-health management consciousness and sleep quality in the elderly.Methods In our hospital physical examination center from April 2019 to April 2020,100 cases of elderly health examination were selected and randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in the control group were given health examination guidance,50 cases in the observation group were given targeted nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.There was no significant difference in gender,age and other general information between the two groups(P>0.05).In this study,the health knowledge level of physical examinees was reflected by the self-made health knowledge score scale of our hospital;PSQI sleep quality scale was used to reflect the sleep quality of physical examinees;the compliance of the two groups was discussed.Results The health knowledge score and physical examination compliance of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the PSQI sleep quality score was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the elderly health examination,targeted nursing intervention can enhance their health awareness,improve their physical examination compliance,and then improve their self-health management level,ensure the quality of sleep,and then ensure their health,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
