摘要
目的 分析高位复杂性肛瘘手术术后患者实施综合护理措施后的效果。方法 将2021年2月至2022年10月我院收治的96例高位复杂性肛瘘手术患者纳入研究对象,随机将患者分为研究组和参考组,每组各48例,参考组患者采用常规护理干预,研究组采用综合护理干预,对比分析两组患者术后并发症发生情况和干预前后肛肠动力学(肛管最大收缩压、肛管静息压)水平和肛门功能(直肠最大耐受容量、直肠感觉容量)改善情况以及住院时间、创面愈合时间。结果 研究组术后并发症发生率明显低于参考组(P <0.05);两组患者干预前肛管最大收缩压、肛管静息压等肛肠动力学水平和直肠最大耐受容量、直肠感觉容量等肛门功能水平相比无明显差异(P> 0.05),干预后两组肛肠动力学水平和肛门功能水平均显著改善(P <0.05),且研究组肛肠动力学水平和肛门功能水平改善情况显著优于参考组(P <0.05);研究组住院时间、创面愈合时间明显短于参考组(P <0.05)。结论高位复杂性肛瘘手术术后患者实施综合护理具有良好的临床疗效,能显著改善肛管最大收缩压、肛管静息压等肛肠动力学水平和直肠最大耐受容量、直肠感觉容量等肛门功能,降低并发症发生率,并进一步缩短患者的住院时间、创面愈合时间。
Objective To analyze the effects of the comprehensive nursing measures in patients after high complexity anal fistula surgery.Methods A total of 96 patients with high-complexity anal fistula surgery admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to October 2022 were included in the study.The patients were randomly divided into research group and reference group,with 48 cases in each group.The reference group adopted conventional nursing intervention,while the research group adopted comprehensive nursing intervention.The incidence of postoperative complications,the improvement of anorectal dynamics(maximum systolic pressure of anal canal,resting pressure of anal canal),anal function(maximum rectal tolerable capacity,rectal sensory capacity),hospital stay and wound healing time before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences between the two groups before intervention in anorectal dynamics levels,such as maximum systolic pressure and anal resting pressure,and anal function levels,such as maximum rectal tolerance volume and rectal sensory volume(P>0.05).After intervention,the anorectal dynamics level and anal function level of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the improvement of the anorectal dynamics level and anal function level of the study group was significantly better than that of the reference group(P<0.05),the hospital stay and wound healing time of the study group were significantly shorter than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for patients with high complexity anal fistula surgery has good clinical efficacy,which can significantly improve the maximum rectal systolic pressure,anal resting pressure and other anorectal dynamics,rectal maximum tolerance volume,rectal sensory volume and other anal functions,reduce the incidence of complications,and further shorten the
