生物化工专业中基因工程课程的教学改革与思考 被引量:3

摘要 基因工程(Genetic engineering)是分子生物学技术在工程领域的具体应用,与生物化工、酶工程等学科关系密切,是生物工程及生物化工等专业的核心课程。为适应现代生物技术的高速发展以及培养高素质应用型人才的迫切需求,不断改革和完善教学课程显得尤为重要。本文通过结合基因工程这门课程自身的特点,以及采取对学生进行问卷调查和课下交流的方式方法,不断改革和完善课程内容、教学方法、课程考核体系等内容,希望通过改革与实践能够提高学生兴趣,使学生更好地掌握基因工程的相关知识,致力于培养全面发展的高素质人才。 Genetic engineering is the application of molecular biological technique in the field of engineering,which is closely related to biochemical engineering and enzyme engineering.It is the core curriculum of biological engineering and biochemical engineering.In order to adapt the development of biotechnology and the needs of cultivating high-quality application-oriented talents,it is great important for us to reform and improve the teaching curriculum.In this paper,by combination of the characteristics of the genetic engineering and the ways of interview and investigation,we reformed and improved the course of contents,teaching methods,curriculum evaluation system and so on.We hope that we could improve students’interest and make students better to master relevant knowledge of genetic engineering.It is urgent for us to cultivate high-quality talent of all-round development.
