摘要
食品微生物学实验是食品科学与工程专业开设的一门传统专业课程,也是不可替代的专业核心课程,与食品行业密不可分,在食品专业课程中占有举足轻重的地位。如何让传统课程与时俱进,如何让培养的学生能够适应社会发展的需求,是我们教育工作者应该仔细思考的问题。本文从实际教学出发,探讨该门课程实验教学中遇到的相关问题,并初步探讨相关的解决方案。
Food microbiology experiment is a traditional major course of food science and engineering.It is also an irreplaceable professional core curriculum,closely related to the food industry,and holds a pivotal position in the curriculum of food specialized courses.How to keep traditional courses up-to-date with times?How to enable the cultivated students to adapt to the needs of social development?Which are both the questions that our educators should carefully consider.This article explores the relevant problems encountered in the experimental teaching of this course from the perspective of practical teaching,and preliminarily explores relevant solutions.
