摘要
设计题为“两步法合成对二甲氨基苯甲腈”的综合实验,应用于化学专业综合化学实验教学。实验以对二甲氨基苯甲醛为起始原料,经过肟化、脱水反应制备腈。通过薄层层析色谱法监测反应进程,所得产品经熔点测定确定结构,产品纯度由高效液相色谱法检测。实验合成路线结合了最近的文献报道,实验内容涉及有机合成的多种基本操作,以期提高学生的实验操作水平和综合素质,为毕业论文实验的开展奠定良好的基础。
A comprehensive experiment entitled"synthesis of p-dimethylaminobenzonitrile by two-step methods"has been designed and applied to the comprehensive chemical experiment teaching of chemistry major.In this experiment,p-dimethoxybenzonitrile was synthesized using p-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde as the starting material in two steps including oximation reaction and dehydration reaction.The reaction process was monitored by thin-layer chromatography,and the product was characterized by melting point test and the purity of the product was determined by high performance liquid chromatography.The synthetic route is based on recent literature,and the experiments included a variety of basic experimental operations.Implementation of the experimental project can improve the students'comprehensive qualities and lay the foundation for the experiments in undergraduate thesis.
