摘要
医学院校教学管理是教师和学生的纽带,是教学育人的重要环节。全面提升医学院校教学管理队伍质量和工作效率,是建设“双一流”院校的基础条件。本文围绕教育质量中心地位,从政策制度改革、信息化建设、管理方法改进、管理队伍培养等方面进行讨论分析,并结合教学管理人员的主动思谋和作为,为全面提升医学院校教学管理质量和效率提供参考意见。
As a special tie between teachers and students,teaching management in medical colleges is an important part of education of medical talents.The high occupational quality and work efficiency of teaching management teams in medical colleges is the basic requirement for the construction of“Double-First Class”colleges.Focusing on teaching quality improvement and the active thinking and performance of teaching management personnel,this article analyzed the policy and regulation reform,informatization construction,improvement of management methods,training of management team,and provided suggestions regarding the comprehensive improvement of teaching management quality and efficiency in medical colleges.
