摘要
教学管理队伍专业化是我国高校管理队伍建设的基本方向,是促进高校人力资源优化配置、推动整个学校管理工作规范与成熟的必然选择。高校应选择相关方法和途径加强教学管理队伍专业化建设:革新教学管理理念,切实提高对教学管理队伍专业化建设工作重要性的认识;改进人事管理体制,努力创新教学管理队伍职业发展机制;建立培养培训体系,不断增强教学管理人员的综合素质和管理能力;改善建设发展环境,有效提升教学管理队伍专业化职业化效能。
Abstract： Professionalization in teaching management team is the trend to the construction of administrative staff in colleges and universities in China, which promotes the optimal allocation of human resources as well as standardization and maturity of university administration, Relevant ways and means should be adopted to strengthen the construction in professionalizing teaching management Teachiag management ideology should be refreshed to highlight the importance of professionalization; and strenuous efforts should be made to improve personnel management system and career development mechanism. Education and training systems should be eatablisbed to cnhance the comprehensive qualities and managing capabilities of the teaching management team; and also development environment should be bettered to elevate the professional efficiency of the teaching management team.
