摘要
本文先浅论高校基层行政人员低自我价值感的特点和表现,然后分析造成这种高校基层行政人员低自我价值感现象的直接原因,最后提出改变这种高校基层行政人员低自我价值感现象的两点重要措施。
This paper analyzes some features and performance of low self-worth of basic administrative staff,and discusses the direct cause resulting in the low self-worth of phenomenon from three aspects,finally proposed two important measures to change the phenomenon of low self-worth
