摘要
文章从高校基层行政人员执行力的概念内涵入手,分析了高校的发展对基层行政人员执行力的具体要求,并在此基础上,详细论述了高校基层行政人员执行力自我培养的具体办法,以期对高校行政管理水平的提高和基层行政人员工作能力的提升具有一定的指导作用。
Starting from the analysis of the concept of basic-level administrative staff＇s executive force, the concrete requirements are discussed, based on which the way of self-improvement is discussed. It is expected to provide some theoretical guidance for the higher education to improve the staff＇s executive power.
