摘要
高校是否具有卓越的行政管理能力,行政管理人员是否具有与要求相匹配的工作执行力,是高校政令畅通、指挥有力的重要保障基石。从新形势下高校执行力建设的需要出发,深入剖析执行力建设在高校管理中不可忽视的必要地位。结合目前高校行政管理人员队伍的现状、执行中存在的问题等,以建设高校一流行政管理人员团队为目标,提出了执行力提升的针对性改进路径和优化措施。
Whether colleges and universities have excellent administrative management ability, whether the administrative personnel have the work execution ability matching with the requirements, is an important guarantee cornerstone for the smooth and powerful command of college and universities. This paper starts from the needs of the construction of the executive power in universities under the new situation and analyzes the necessary position of the construction of the executive power in the management of universities.
