摘要
高等学校的中心工作是教与学的工作,面对新形势,高校教学管理工作又面临着许多新的情况和新的问题。适应新形势,解决新问题,保障学校核心工作的稳定运行机制,既是各高校从事教学管理者普遍关心的问题,也是一个值得深入研究的热门课题,需要一个既能契合国家政策,又能与高校实际教学管理活动高度结合的信息化系统治理方案,更好地服务于师生、服务于地方,“互联网+”模式下地方本科院校教学管理手段研究具有很好的理论和实际意义。
