摘要
社区教育是建设生态文明的重要途径和手段,具有普及生态知识、培养生态意识、倡导生态文明行为、提升生态文明技能、促进生态文明参与和传承生态文化的作用。生态文明建设是社区教育的重要内容和重要功能。实现社区教育的生态文明建设功能需要采取的策略包括:调整社区教育结构,构建社区生态文明教育体系;强化政府支持,发挥公权力的推动作用;优化治理结构,发挥多元主体作用;建立协同发展机制,引导社会组织参与;加强培训引导,提高社区居民的参与度。
Community education is an important approach and means to construct ecological civilization.It has the functions of popularizing ecological knowledge,cultivating ecological consciousness,advocating ecological civilization behavior,improving ecological civilization skills,promoting ecological civilization participation and inheriting community ecological culture.Ecological civilization construction is an important content and function of community education.To realize the function of ecological civilization construction of community education,the following strategies should be adopted:adjusting the structure of community education and constructing the community ecological civilization education system;strengthening the support of the government and exerting the promoting role of public power;optimizing the governance structure and exerting the role of multiple subjects;establishing a mechanism for coordinated development and guiding the participation of social organizations;strengthening the training and guidance to increase the participation of community residents.
