摘要
社区教育是学校教育与社会教育的有机结合和协同教育活动,是促进区域经济社会良性发展和终身教育体系的重要载体。当前,我国社区教育队伍专业化建设流于浅表,迫切需要对接利用高校优质教育资源;本科高校发展同质化倾向明显,也需要提升与区域社会的耦合度;高校与社区教育从“独立运行”走向“参与同行”,需要政府的“穿针引线”,据此提出了社区教育的“三螺旋协同模式”。在分析该模式运行机理的基础上,探索其作用方式,即社区定位需求:主动影响协同创新,传承文化打造特色;政府引导夯基:完善组织管理体制,健全政策法律机制;高校支撑引领:挖掘各类教育资源,搭建共建共享平台。
Community education is the integration and synergy education activity of scholastic and social education.It is an important carrier which promotes benign development of regional economic society and lifelong education system.Currently,the specialized team construction of community education in our country is superficial.It is urgently required to utilize high quality education source of university.Meanwhile,there is an obvious homogeneous trend of the universities,which also needs to improve the coupling between colleges and the regional society.Besides,the development of colleges and community education from“independent operation”to“participation with peers”requires the assistance of the government,which is the“triple-helix collaborative model”of community education.Based on the analysis of the operation mechanism of this mode,this paper explores its mode of action,that is,first,community positioning needs:the community actively influences collaborative innovation,inherits culture and creates characteristics;second,the government guides and consolidates the foundation:improve the organizational management system,improve the policy and legal mechanism;build a co-construction and sharing platform;third,colleges and universities play a supporting and leading role:mining various educational resources and building a platform for co-construction and sharing.
