摘要
目的总结数字化导板引导下前牙美学区种植修复过程中护理配合要点。方法对2016年3月~2020年7月在我院接受数字化导板引导下前牙美学区种植修复的39例患者实施心理护理和健康教育、协助医师制作蜡型、指导患者术中配合要点、CBCT检查、义齿试戴和健康宣教。观察术后口腔创口愈合情况,随访3~6个月,评价修复美学效果和治疗效果,统计患者治疗满意度和护理满意度。结果所有患者均在数字化导板引导下顺利完成前牙美学区种植修复治疗,术后复诊口腔创口愈合良好,红色美学指数评分(PES)为(12.83±1.17)分,白色美学评分(WES)为(8.67±1.25)分,美学效果良好;种植体周边吸收为(0.61±0.11)mm,牙槽骨稳定性良好;患者对治疗效果和护理满意度均为100%。结论数字化导板引导下前牙美学区种植修复技术能保持良好骨组织稳定性,修复效果和美学效果显著,良好的护理配合是保证修复顺利完成,提升患者配合度,减轻患者不适,提高修复效果的重要支持。
Objective Summarize the key points of nursing cooperation in the process of implant restoration in the aesthetic area of the anterior teeth guided by the digital guide.Methods From March 2016 to July 2020,39 patients who underwent anterior dental implant restoration under the guidance of digital guides in our hospital were provided with psychological care and health education,assisted physicians in making wax models,guided patients on intraoperative cooperation points,and CBCT examinations,Denture try-on and health education.The postoperative oral wound healing was observed,followed up for 3 to 6 months,to evaluate the restoration aesthetics and treatment effects,and count the patients’satisfaction with treatment and nursing satisfaction.Results All patients successfully completed the implant restoration treatment in the aesthetic area of the anterior teeth under the guidance of the digital guide.The oral wounds healed well in the follow-up visit after the operation.The red aesthetic index(PES)score was(12.83±1.17)and the white aesthetic score(WES)was(8.67±1.25)points,good aesthetics effect;implant peripheral absorption is(0.61±0.11)mm,alveolar bone stability is good;patients’satisfaction with treatment effect and nursing care is 100%.Conclusion The implant restoration technology in the aesthetic area of the anterior teeth under the guidance of the digital guide plate can maintain good bone tissue stability,and the restoration and aesthetic effects are significant.Good nursing cooperation is important to ensure the smooth completion of the restoration,improve patient cooperation,reduce patient discomfort,and improve the restoration effect.stand by.
