3shape Trios口内扫描仪制作的全瓷冠修复体临床效果评价 被引量:24

Clinical effect evaluation of all-ceramic crowns restoration fabricated by 3shape Trios system

摘要 目的使用3shape Trios口内扫描仪制作全瓷冠修复体,并评价其早期临床效果。方法选择2014年11月至2015年1月在中国医科大学附属口腔医院修复科行二氧化锆全瓷冠修复的25例患者,用3shape Trios口内扫描仪采集数字化模型并按照标准程序制作全瓷冠修复体,修复后1周复诊时,患者填写修复体满意度调查表。修复完成2个月时按照改良的美国公共卫生署(USPHS)标准对修复体进行评价。结果共制作全瓷冠修复体63个。患者总体满意率达到96%。87.3%的修复体各项检查标准均达到了USPHS标准的A类。结论使用椅旁3shape口内扫描仪Trios进行全瓷冠修复早期效果好,患者满意度高,是值得推广的治疗方法。 ObjectiveTo evaluate the early clinical effect of all-ceramic crowns whose digital impressions were scanned by 3shape Trios.MethodsAll the impressions were scanned by 3shape Trios and all the restorations were fabricated according to the standard procedure. The satisfaction form was filled by patients one week later. The restoration quality was evaluated using modified USPHS standard two months after treatment.ResultsTotally 63 all-ceramic crowns were involved. About 87.3% restorations were scored A according to modified USPHS standard and 96% patients were satisfied with their restorations.ConclusionAll-ceramic crowns fabricated by 3shape Trios have good early results and high patient satisfaction. The treatment method should be promoted.
