医护一体化管理模式在全瓷高嵌体修复患者护理中的应用

摘要 目的研究医护一体化管理模式在全瓷高嵌体修复患者临床护理中的应用效果。方法将本院2021年6月-2022年3月收治的90例行全瓷高嵌体修复治疗的牙体缺损患者按随机数字表法分为各含45例的试验组(施行医护一体化管理模式)与对照组(施行常规护理),比较两组患者的治疗效果、情绪状态及护理满意度。结果对照组总治疗优良率为77.78%低于试验组的95.56%,(P<0.05);护理前,两组焦虑自测量表(SAS)与抑郁自测量表(SDS)评分无差异(P>0.05);护理后,对照组SAS、SDS评分均高于试验组(P<0.05);对照组、一体化组护理总满意率分别为:82.22%、97.78%,对照组护理总满意率低于试验组(P<0.05)。结论将医护一体化管理模式应用于全瓷高嵌体修复患者,可有效提升临床疗效,改善患者的心理状态,提高其护理满意度,有较高的临床应用价值。 Objective To study the application effect of integrated medical and nursing management mode in clinical nursing of patients with all ceramic high inlay restoration.Method A total of 90 patients with dental defects treated with all ceramic high inlay restoration in our hospital from June 2021 to March 2022 were randomly divided into an experimental group(implementing an integrated medical and nursing management model)and a control group(implementing routine nursing)using a random number table method.The treatment effect,emotional state,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The total excellent and good treatment rate of the control group was 77.78%,which was lower than the experimental group's 95.56%(P<0.05);Before nursing,there was no difference in the scores of the Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS)between the two groups(P>0.05);After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the control group were higher than those of the experimental group(P<0.05);The total satisfaction rates of nursing care in the control group and the integrated group were 82.22%and 97.78%,respectively.The total satisfaction rate of nursing care in the control group was lower than that in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the integrated medical and nursing management model to patients with all ceramic high inlay restoration can effectively improve clinical efficacy,improve their psychological state,and enhance their nursing satisfaction,which has high clinical application value.
