摘要
目的探讨硬腭带蒂结缔组织移植在上颌前牙即刻种植的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月—2019年1月该院收治68例上颌前牙区单牙缺失患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组与研究组,每组各34例,对照组采取常规延期种植修复,研究组采取硬腭带蒂结缔组织移植,拔牙后即刻种植治疗,对比两组患者种植成活率、术后6个月、12个月种植满意度。结果研究组患者种牙成活率100.00%,显著高于对照组患者88.24%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.250,P=0.039);研究组患者术后即刻满意度评分(88.12±12.35)分、术后6个月满意度评分(91.68±6.37)分、术后12个月满意度评分(95.21±3.55)分,显著高于对照组术后即刻满意度评分(63.25±11.21)分、术后6个月满意度评分(83.35±5.61)分、术后12个月满意度评分(85.25±4.12)分,差异有统计学意义(t=8.694、5.722、10.679,P<0.05)。结论对上颌前牙区单牙缺失患者实施硬腭带蒂结缔组织移植可以提高患者种植牙的成活率,并且具有较高的美学效果。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of hard palate pedicled connective tissue transplantation on maxillary anterior teeth.MethodsFrom January 2017 to January 2019,68 patients with single tooth loss in the anterior maxillary area were selected as the research object in the hospital.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into a control group and a research group,with 34 cases in each group.For routine delayed implant restoration,the research group took hard palate pedicled connective tissue transplantation and implanted immediately after tooth extraction,comparing the survival rate of implants,satisfaction of implantation at 6 months and 12 months after surgery.Results The survival rate of dental implants in the study group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(88.24%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.250,P=0.039).The satisfaction scores of the patients in the study group immediately after operation(88.12±12.35)points,the satisfaction scores at 6 months after operation(91.68±6.37)points,and the satisfaction scores at 12 months after operation(95.21±3.55)points were significantly higher than those in the control group Immediate satisfaction score(63.25±11.21)points,6-month postoperative satisfaction score(83.35±5.61)points,12-month postoperative satisfaction score(85.25±4.12)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.694、5.722、10.679,P<0.05).Conclusion Hard palate pedicled connective tissue transplantation in patients with single tooth loss in the maxillary anterior region can improve the survival rate of patients with dental implants and has a higher aesthetic effect.
