摘要
专业建设是人才培养的重要环节,是深化教育教学改革的不竭动力。在新一轮教育教学评估的指标体系中,专业建设质量与水平居于重要地位。笔者通过调研,提出强化专业建设应贯穿人才培养全过程,高校需在明确办学定位的基础上,结合人才培养目标,紧密围绕区域经济发展及产业需求,制定专业建设规划的观点。涉农高校应以一流专业建设为契机,以专业认证为抓手,强化专业建设质量与水平,通过加强制度建设、制定长远发展规划、建立动态专业调整机制、推进新农科建设、加强师资培训、完善制度保障等方式整合涉农专业优势资源,强化专业建设质量,从而形成一流的专业建设标准和达到一流的人才培养能力,深化本科教育教学改革,实现专业的内涵式发展,为农林事业输出更多高质量人才。
Major construction is an important link of talent training and an inexhaustible driving force for deepening education and teaching reform.In the index system of the new round of education and teaching evaluation,the quality and level of specialty construction occupy an important position.Through investigation,the author proposes that strengthening specialty construction should run through the whole process of talent training,and universities should formulate specialty construction planning based on clear school-running positioning,combining with talent training objectives,and closely centering on regional economic development and industrial needs.Agricultural colleges and universities should first-class professional construction as an opportunity,to professional certification,and communities in strengthening the professional quality and level,by strengthening the system construction,formulate long-term development planning,establish dynamic adjustment mechanism,promote new agricultural construction,strengthen the teacher training,perfecting the system of security methods such as integration of professional advantage resources,strengthening the professional quality,In order to form the firstclass professional construction standards and first-class talent training ability,deepen the reform of undergraduate education and teaching,realize the connotative development of the major,and output more high-quality talents for agriculture and forestry.
