摘要
涉农院校关乎人类的生存、健康和经济社会的可持续发展,在国家对粮食安全、资源安全、生态安全和人民健康不断重视的背景下,其重要性日益凸显。世界一流涉农高校主动适应社会需求变化,关注社会重大关切,不断拓展发展领域;以科研创新为引领,提升人才培养质量和服务社会能力;服务世界,增进全球福祉;加强对外合作,提升办学水平;强化管理,实现资源高效配置。我国涉农高校应面对国家重大战略需求,拓宽服务领域,完善新农科内涵和学科专业布局,健全协同育人机制,加强科研创新和成果转化,增强服务全球能力,完善资源高效配置与利用机制,以此全面提升核心竞争力,增强社会贡献度和国际影响力。
Agriculture-related Institutions are about human existence,sustainable development in a healthy and economic society.Agriculture-related Institutions are increasingly important in maintaining food safety,resource safety,ecological safety,biological safety and human health.World-class Agriculture-related Institutions adapt actively to change requirements in society,broaden their areas of teaching and research to address major social concerns,improve educational quality and service capacity by prioritizing research innovation,advance global well-being by serving the world,collaborate with external organizations to increase school-running level,and reinforce management to allocate resources effectively.Agriculture-related Institutions in China should build up their core competitiveness to enhance service contribution and international impact by expanding their fields of teaching and research in response to the major strategic needs of the nation,enriching connotations of the new agricultural disciplines to optimize the layout of disciplines and programs,improving educational mechanism of cooperating with research and industries etc.,enforcing research innovation and technology transfer,promoting capacity of serving the world,and perfecting the mechanism for distributing and utilizing resources more effectively.
