农科教育变革与乡村人才振兴协同推进的逻辑与路径 被引量:73

The Logic and Path of Coordinated Promotion between Agricultural Education Reform and Rural Talents Revitalization in China

摘要 在乡村振兴与农业教育转型的机遇期,构建"新农科",培育"新农人",服务"新农村",既是高等农业教育的新使命,也是乡村人才振兴的新需求。因此,促使农科教育变革与乡村人才振兴的协同联动,不仅利于高校人才的培养与就业,也利于农村人力资本的提升。但受政策、资金、人力、文化等因素的影响,二者协同推进遭遇瓶颈,出现目标偏移、机制乏力、平台单一、保障不足等问题。基于"产乡教"联合育人的逻辑,需变革农科教育理念,优化政策组合,完善协同机制,统整合作平台,夯实保障基础,促使二者深度协同,达成农科人才供给与乡村振兴需求的高度匹配。 In the opportunity period of rural vitalization and agriculture education transformation, the construction of "new agricultural science and technology", the cultivation of "new farmers" and the service of "new countryside" are both the new mission of higher agriculture education and the new demand of rural talent revitalization. Therefore, the synergistic interaction between agricultural education reform and rural talent revitalization is not only conducive to the cultivation and employment of university talents, but also conducive to the improvement of rural human capital. However, under the influence of policies, capital,human resources, culture and other factors, the collaborative promotion of the two has encountered bottlenecks, such as deviation of goals, lack of mechanism, single platform and insufficient support. Based on the logic of " production-township education" joint education, it is necessary to change the concept of agricultural education and optimize the policy. In order to achieve a high matching between the supply of agricultural talents and the demand of rural revitalization, we should perfect the coordination mechanism,integrate the two as a platform, consolidate the guarantee foundation, and promote the deep coordination between rural revitalization and agricultural education transformation.
