方锭改锻圆锭过程中心开裂的数值模拟分析 被引量:2

摘要 运用有限元分析软件Deform-3D对方锭改圆锭锻造过程进行了数值模拟,计算得到了长方体钢锭经过多次镦拔工艺锻造成圆锭过程中的最大主应力、等效应力、等效应变、损伤值。结果表明:在方锭改圆锭的锻造过程中,心部最大主应力为拉应力且数值较高,等效应力、等效应变、损伤值也较高。这些是产品心部产生裂纹的主要原因,在生产过程中应加以控制。 The finite element analysis software Deform-3 D was used to simulate the process of forging a cuboid ingot to a round ingot. The maximum principal stress, equivalent stress, equivalent strain and damage value in the process of the cuboid ingot forging into round ingot by multiplel upsetting-drawing processes were obtained. The results show that in the forging process from cuboid ingot to round ingot, the maximum principal stress in the core is tensile stress and the value is high. The equivalent stress, the equivalent strain and the damage value are also high. These are the main reasons for cracks in the core of products, which should be controlled in the production process.
