摘要
运用有限元分析软件对汽车装配式凸轮等温锻造过程进行了数值模拟,计算得到了凸轮在有、无预成形条件下等温锻造过程中的载荷行程曲线、塑性应变、损伤值。结果表明:凸轮最大塑性应变出现在内孔底侧,最大损伤值出现在凸轮外轮廓线附近;预变形可减小等温锻造的成形载荷,改善其塑性应变,减小其损伤值及损伤区域,提高锻件质量和延长模具寿命。
The isothermal forging process of automobile assembly cam was simulated by using finite element analysis software. The load stroke curve, plastic strain and damage values of the cam in the isothermal forging process with and without pre-forming were calculated. The results show that the maximum plastic strain of the cam appears in the bottom side of inner hole, the maximum damage value appears in the vicinity of the cam contour; pre-deformation can reduce the forming load, improve the plastic strain, reduce the damage values and damage area, improve the quality of the forging and prolong the life of the die.
