摘要
针对锻件成形质量差、模具的冷却影响成形载荷和锻件组织等问题,使用等温锻造技术对轮毂进行了成形。对等温锻造成形原理进行了分析,运用PLC编程对等温锻造成形中的温度进行了自动化智能监测与控制。结果表明,设计的汽车轮毂等温锻造智能控制系统有效地控制了生产过程中的各种温度,配备的各种监控以及条件预警系统能阻止异常发生。
Aiming at the poor forming quality of forgings, the influence of die cooling on the forming load and the microstructure of forgings, the hubs were formed by using the isothermal forging technology. The principle of isothermal forging was analyzed and the temperature in isothermal forging was automatically and intelligently monitored and controlled by PLC programming. The results show that the intelligent control system for isothermal forging of automobile wheel hub can effectively control all kinds of temperature in the production process, and the monitoring system and the condition warning system can prevent the abnormal occurrence.
