摘要
针对传统的手工液体混合与继电器控制的液体混合系统存在的不足,提出了一种基于西门子PLC的液体混合控制系统。该液体混合控制系统由一个带数字量和模拟量传感器和执行器的闭环控制系统组成,通过PLC和闭环控制器操作一个流量控制系统,根据混合数量和配方的选择来执行混合操作。经实际运行表明该设计稳定可靠,达到了设计目的。
To find resolutions of some shortcomings existed in the traditional manual liquid mixing and relay-controlled liquid mixing systems,we propose a liquid mixing control system based on Siemens PLC,which consists of a closed-loop control system with digital and analog sensors and actuators.A flow control system is operated via PLC and a closed-loop controller.The mixing operation is performed according to the mixing quantity and the selection of the formula.Actual operation shows that this liquid mixing control system is stable and reliable.
