摘要
针对传统远程控制系统存在控制延迟时间长,无法满足对温室气体SF6控制的时效性需要的问题,开展SF6在线净化装置远程操作控制系统研究。通过基于GSM的数据收发装置、远程控制装置等硬件结构设计,和基于GSM的SF6在线净化装置现场数据传输、可视化远程控制设计,完成远程操作控制系统设计。通过实验证明,该系统与传统控制系统相比可有效缩短延迟时间,更加及时地对SF6气体进行净化处理。
In view of the problem that the traditional remote-control system has a long control delay time,which cannot meet the timeliness requirements of greenhouse gas SF6 control,the remote operation control system of SF6 online purification device was studied.Through the hardware structure design of GSM based data transceiver device and remote-control device,and the design of SF6 online purification device field data transmission and visual remote control based on GSM,the design of remote operation control system is completed.The experimental results show that compared with the traditional control system,the system can effectively shorten the delay time and purify SF6 gas timelier.
