摘要
针对高压容器用端盖类铸件合格率低的问题,本文提出了等温锻造成形方式。同时,依据端盖的结构特点设计了合理的预锻坯料结构和尺寸,使等温锻造过程中金属的变形更均匀。以端盖难充填部位的充填率为优化目标,优化了预锻坯料结构,改善了成形件的质量。结果表明,采用锻造生产20Cr Mn Ti钢端盖零件是可行的。
In view of low qualified rate of the end cover castings for high pressure vessels, the isothermal forging forming method was put forward. At the same time, according to the structural characteristics of the end cover, a reasonable preforming structure and sizes were designed to make the metal deformation more uniform during the isothermal forging process. Taking the filling rate of the hard filling region of end cover as the optimization objective, the preforming structure was optimized, and the quality of the formed parts was improved. The results show that it is feasible to produce 20 Cr Mn Ti steel end cover parts by forging.
