摘要
目的比较奥卡西平与卡马西平治疗前庭阵发症的临床效果。方法选择2018年1月至2020年6月新密市中医院收治的50例前庭阵发症患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,各25例。观察组给予奥卡西平治疗,对照组给予卡马西平治疗。比较两组患者治疗前、后眩晕障碍量表(DHI)评分、发作频率、SAS、SDS评分及临床治疗效果、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组患者的DHI评分及发作频率均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的SAS、SDS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥卡西平治疗前庭阵发症效果显著,可改善患者眩晕症状,缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪,且安全性高、不良反应少,值得推广。
Objective To compare the clinical effects of oxcarbazepine and carbamazepine in the treatment of vestibular paroxysmia.Methods A total of 50 patients with vestibular paroxysmia admitted in Xinmi hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2018 to June 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with oxcarbazepine,and the control group was treated with carbamazepine.The dizziness handicap inventory(DHI)score,seizure frequency,SAS and SDS scores before and after treatment,clinical treatment effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the DHI score and seizure frequency in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the SAS and SDS scores in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Oxcarbazepine has significant effect in the treatment of vestibular paroxysmia,it can improve the symptoms of vertigo,and relieve anxiety and depression,with high safety and less adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion.
