Progress of Indirect Comparison and Network Meta-Analysis Method Research in Systematic Reviews

摘要 在头对头直接比较证据缺乏的情况下,采用间接比较(ITC)与网状Meta分析对多种干预措施进行比较是近年兴起的一种统计学方法。迄今为止,其理论体系仍在完善之中。本文主要从基本概念、方法假设、有效性影响因素以及分析软件等方面对其发展动态进行简要介绍与总结,以帮助研究者更好地理解该方法,并推动其在证据生产中的使用。 Due to the lack of head to head direct comparison evidence, applying indirect comparison (ITC) as well as network meta-analysis to compare multiple interventions becomes a new popular and powerful statistical technique. However, its theoretical system still needs improvement. In this article, we briefly introduce and summarize its progress concerning basic concepts, method assumptions, influencing factors of effectiveness, and software for analysis, so as to help researchers better understand the method and promote its application in evidence production.
