肠内外营养治疗炎性肠病的临床疗效分析

Analysis of the clinical efficacy of enteral and parenteral nutrition in the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease

摘要 目的探究肠内外营养治疗炎性肠病的临床疗效。方法200例炎性肠病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各100例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予肠内外营养治疗。比较两组营养状态指标、症状缓解时间、住院时间、治疗效果和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者血清总蛋白(67.89±3.65)g/L、血清白蛋白(37.56±1.02)g/L均高于对照组的(62.85±1.23)、(33.25±1.03)g/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组症状缓解时间(1.81±0.71)d、住院时间(5.31±1.21)d均短于对照组的(2.61±0.71)、(7.61±1.81)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率94.00%高于对照组的77.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率4.00%低于对照组的26.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对炎性肠病患者实施肠内外营养治疗,能够有效改善患者机体营养状态,且安全性较高,值得研究和推广。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of enteral and parenteral nutrition in the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease.Methods A total of 200 patients with inflammatory bowel disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the observation group was treated with enteral and parenteral nutrition based on the control group.The nutritional status indicators,symptom remission time and hospitalization time,therapeutic effect and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total serum protein(67.89±3.65)g/L and serum albumin(37.56±1.02)g/L of the observation group were all higher than(62.85±1.23)and(33.25±1.03)g/L of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptom remission time(1.81±0.71)d and hospitalization time(5.31±1.21)d of the observation group were shorter than(2.61±0.71)and(7.61±1.81)d of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate 94.00%of the observation group was higher than 77.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 4.00%of the observation group was lower than 26.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Enteral and parenteral nutrition can effectively improve the nutritional status of patients with inflammatory bowel disease,and has high safety,which is worthy of research and promotion.
