摘要
近年来国内外炎症性肠病的研究进展很快,有必要对我国2007年制定的共识意见作修订。新共识修订中,强调循证医学证据的搜集和分析,并注重国内研究成果,共识的主要观点均经专家组全体成员投票通过。新修订的共识意见力求更能反映新进展,内容更全面、深入,更具临床实践的指导价值。本文就新共识对2007年共识的主要修改内容作一介绍。
Rapid progress in study on inflammatory bowel disease has been achieved in recent years both in China and abroad. It is necessary to revise the consensus statement issued in China on 2007. During the reforming of new consensus, emphasis was paid on collection of evidence-based materials and analyzing the research results obtained domestically. The main viewpoints in new consensus were approved by voting from experts participated. The newly revised consensus statement reflects new achievements, the contents were more deeply and comprehensively stated, and has better value of guidance for clinical practice. This article reported the main revisions based on 2007 consensus statement.
