摘要
为研究活动期溃疡性结肠炎患者血脂水平与营养指标的变化及意义,回顾性分析2018-2019年我院收治的88例活动期溃疡性结肠炎患者,将其全部纳入观察组,并将同期来我院进行健康体检者100名设为对照组,检测并分析2组的脂代谢指标包括总胆固醇(Tc)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL);营养代谢指标包括总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(PA)、BMI。结果显示,观察组患者的Tc、TG、HDL、LDL、TP、ALB、PA、BMI水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),Tc、TG、HDL、PA、TP、ALB与Baron评分呈负相关(P<0.05)。结果表明,活动期溃疡性结肠炎患者会出现显著的血脂水平与营养指标改变,血脂水平评价指标Tc、TG、HDL以及营养指标PA、TP、ALB可用于评价活动期溃疡性结肠炎患者疾病的严重程度,有助于为患者提供更好的治疗方案并改善预后。
In order to study the changes and significance of blood lipid level and nutrition index in patients with active ulcerative colitis(AUC),88 patients with AUC treated in author’s hospital from 2018 to 2019 yr.were retrospectively analyzed:enrolled into observation group,and 100 patients who came to author’s hospital for health examination at the same period were set as control group;then their total cholesterol(Tc),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL)and low density lipoprotein(LDL)were detected and analyzed.Nutritional metabolic indicators included total protein(TP),albumin(ALB),prealbumin(PA),BMI.As results,the Tc,TG,HDL,LDL,TP,ALB,PA,BMI level of the patients in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),and the TG,HDL,PA,TP,ALB was negatively correlated with the Baron score(P<0.05).The results show that the patients with AUC will have significant changes in blood lipid level and nutritional index,the Tc,TG,HDL of blood lipid level evaluation index and the PA,TP,ALB of nutritional index can be used to evaluate the severity of disease of AUC patients,which can help to provide better treatment plan for patients and improve their prognosis.
