摘要
本文基于毕业生职业发展状况评价标准,结合建筑行业特点,以中央美术学院建筑学院2005、2010、2015届学生为样本,调研发现艺术类院校建筑专业毕业生拥有研究生学历或海外背景的人数在增多,在职业发展道路中选择留京工作及自由职业的比例在增加,同时创业的年龄在降低,而转行的行业增多且与专业相关程度在减弱。针对这些趋势,文章从专业能力培养、就业政策宣传、职业生涯规划课程、创新创业教育和双实践培养方式五个方面提出思考和建议,以期为艺术类院校建筑专业人才的培养和就业指导工作提供更清晰的思路,实现精准帮扶。
Based on the evaluation criteria of graduates’career development,combined with the characteristics of the construction industry,this paper takes the students who graduated from the school of architecture of the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 2005,2010 and 2015 years as samples,and finds that the number of graduates that majoring in architecture in art colleges with graduate degree or overseas background is increasing,and the proportion of those who choose to stay in Beijing and work as freelancers is increasing,At the same time,the age of starting a business is decreasing,while the number of industries changing careers is increasing and the degree of professional correlation is weakening.In view of these trends,this paper puts forward some thoughts and suggestions from five aspects:professional ability training,employment policy publicity,career planning course,innovation and entrepreneurship education and double practice training mode,in order to provide clearer ideas for the training and employment guidance of architectural professionals in art colleges and universities,and realize accurate assistance.
