摘要
目的探究氯氮平与维思通治疗精神分裂症对患者心肌酶、心电图的影响。方法选取2018年2月至2019年11月本院收治的52例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方式不同分为氯氮平组和维思通组,每组26例。氯氮平组给予氯氮平治疗,维思通组给予维思通治疗。比较两组心肌酶[谷草转氨酶(AST)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同功酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)]、心电图异常指标(窦性心动过速、T波低平伴ST段压低、右束支传导阻滞)发生情况。结果治疗后,维思通组AST、CK、CK-MB、LDH水平均低于氯氮平组(P<0.05)。维思通组心电图指标异常率低于氯氮平组(P<0.05)。结论氯氮平与维思通均能有效治疗精神分裂症,但维思通用药后对心肌酶及心电图的影响更小,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effects of clozapine and risperidone on myocardial enzyme and electrocardiogram in schizophrenic patients.Methods 52 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research subjects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into clozapine group and risperidone group,with 26 cases in each group.The clozapine group was given clozapine treatment,and the risperidone group was given risperidone treatment.Myocardial enzymes[aspartate aminotransferase(AST),creatine kinase(CK),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)and ECG abnormalities(sinus tachycardia,Twave low level with ST segment depression,and right bundle branch block)]were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of AST,CK,CK-MB and LDH in the risperidone group were lower than those in the clozapine group(P<0.05).The abnormal rate of ECG indicators in the risperidone group was lower than that of the clozapine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Clozapine and risperidone are both effective in the treatment of schizophrenia,but the effect of risperidone on myocardial enzyme and ECG is less,worthy of clinical application.
