摘要
目的研究12导联动态心电图在评价心肌桥引起心肌缺血的临床价值。方法选取2017年1月至2019年1月在我院治疗的76例冠心病心肌桥患者为研究对象。按照疾病类型分为两组:对照组(单支病变)与观察组(多支病变),每组38例。所有患者均进行12导联动态心电图检查,观察并记录两组患者心肌缺血情况、随访情况以及心肌桥情况。结果观察组心肌缺血检出率、发作次数、总持续时间、ST段压低幅度均高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组并发症发生率为5.26%,明显低于观察组(23.68%)(P<0.05)。结论进行12导联图动态心电图检查可准确评价由心肌桥引起的心肌缺血状况,且多支病变患者ST段变化较明显。
Objective To study the clinical value of 12-lead dynamic electrocardiogram in evaluating myocardial ischemia caused by myocardial bridge.Methods A total of 76 patients with coronary heart disease and myocardial bridge treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the type of disease,it was divided into two groups:control group(single-vessel disease)and observation group(multi-vessel disease),with 38 cases in each group.All patients underwent 12-lead holter examination,and observed and recorded myocardial ischemia,follow-up,and myocardial bridge in the two groups.Results The detection rate of myocardial ischemia,the number of attacks,the total duration,and the amplitude of ST segment depression in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the complication rate in the control group was 5.26%,which was significantly lower 23.68% of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The 12-lead holter electrocardiogram examination can accurately evaluate the myocardial ischemia caused by the myocardial bridge,and the ST segment changes in patients with multivessel disease are obvious.
