摘要
目的本次研究分析在老年冠心病患者心肌缺血与心律失常诊断中采用12导联动态心电图的应用价值。方法本次研究样本从本院100例老年冠心病患者中选取,研究时间从2018年3月开始,截至2019年3月。将诊断方式作为分组依据,实验组患者采用3导联Holter检测,对照组患者采用12导联Holter检测,对比两组诊断结果。结果统计两组患者心肌缺血阳性检出率,分析得知,实验组患者心肌缺血阳性检出率较高,两组患者对比符合统计学标准(P<0.05);统计两组患者心律失常阳性检出率,分析得知,实验组患者心律失常阳性检出率较高,两组对比符合统计学标准(P<0.05)。统计两组患者心律失常阳性情况,分析得知,实验组患者心律失常阳性情况较优异,两组对比符合统计学标准(P<0.05)。结论通过此次研究证实,在老年冠心病患者心肌缺血与心律失常诊断中采用12导联动态心电图,能提高诊断价值,改善患者诊断准确率。
Objective This study analyzed the application value of 12-lead dynamic electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods The study sample was selected from 100 elderly patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital.The study period began in March 2018 and ended in March 2019.The diagnostic method was used as grouping basis.The experimental group was detected by 3-lead Holter test,while the control group was detected by 12-lead Holter test.The diagnostic results of the two groups were compared.Result The positive detection rate of myocardial ischemia in the two groups was statistically analyzed.The positive detection rate of myocardial ischemia in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the positive detection rate of arrhythmia in the two groups was statistically analyzed.It was found that the positive detection rate of arrhythmia in the experimental group was higher,and the comparison between the two groups was in accordance with the statistical standard(P<0.05).Statistical analysis showed that the positive rate of arrhythmia in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,and the comparison between the two groups accorded with the statistical standard(P<0.05).Conclusion This study confirmed that 12-lead dynamic electrocardiogram can improve the diagnostic value and diagnostic accuracy of elderly patients with coronary heart disease in the diagnosis of myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia.
