摘要
目的:探讨中药穴位敷贴联合布地奈德雾化治疗小儿哮喘缓解期的效果。方法:选择某院于2018年4月~2020年4月期间收治的小儿哮喘缓解期患儿86例,随机分为对照组和观察组各43例,对照组行布地奈德雾化治疗,观察组行中药穴位敷贴联合治疗,评价两组治疗效果及肺功能状态。结果:疗效评价观察组有效率为95.35%显著高于对照组79.07%(P<0.05);观察组肺功能指标FEV1、PEF、MVV显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小儿哮喘缓解期采取中药穴位敷贴联合布地奈德雾化治疗效果更加显著。
Objective:To explore the effect of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with budesonide atomization in the treatment of children with asthma in remission period.Methods:A total of 86 children with asthma in remission period from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received budesonide atomization treatment,and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application based on the control group.The treatment effect and pulmonary function status of the two groups were evaluated.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%,which was higher than that of the control group(79.07%,P<0.05).The FEV1,PEF,MVV levels of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the remission period of children with asthma,acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with budesonide atomization is more effective.
