摘要
目的分析探讨温肺健脾汤联合西药对慢性持续期支气管哮喘炎性指标的影响。方法选取支气管哮喘慢性持续期患者80例,随机分为对照组(40例,单独沙美特罗替卡松治疗)和观察组(40例,以对照组治疗为基础联合温肺健脾汤治疗),记录对比组间细胞因子、TGF-β1、VEGF水平及治疗有效率情况。结果观察组患者IL-4和IL-17水平均明显低于对照组,IL-10水平明显高于对照组;观察组TGF-β1值及VEGF水平均明显高于对照组;干预后,2组患者肺功能均得到了显著改善,但观察组显著优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论常规西药联合温肺健脾汤治疗能有效缓解支气管哮喘慢性持续期患者症状,同时可改善其肺功能。
Objective To analyze the effect of Wenfei Jianpi decoction combined with Western medicine on inflammatory indexes of chronic persistent bronchial asthma.Methods 80 patients with chronic persistent bronchial asthma were randomly divided into control group of 40 cases treated with salmeterol fluticasone alone and observation group of 40 cases treated with Wenfei Jianpi decoction on the basis of control group.The levels of cytokines,TGF-β1 and VEGF and the effective rate of treatment were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results The levels of IL-4 and IL-17 in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,while the levels of IL-10 were significantly higher than those in control group.TGF-β1 and VEGF levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.After intervention,the lung function of both groups was significantly improved,but the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Conventional western medicine combined with Wenfei Jianpi decoction can effectively relieve the symptoms of patients with chronic persistent bronchial asthma,and improve their lung function.
