摘要
老年哮喘是一种以嗜酸性粒细胞、肥大细胞反应为主的气道慢性炎症,且患者发病后常伴有不同程度、广泛的可逆性的气流阻塞症状。由于患者年龄较大、常伴有多种基础疾病,临床多表现为咳嗽、咳痰、呼气延长及胸闷等,影响患者健康、生活。冬病夏治理论下中药穴位贴敷是老年哮喘常用的中医外治疗法之一,具有安全有效、简便易行等优点。冬病夏治理论下中药穴位贴敷最早源于"天然相应""治末病"等理论,认为借助三伏时人体阳气最盛、气血充盈、阳气升发,导致气血浮于体表,经络通利,配合相应的穴位贴敷,能提高机体免疫,从而发挥扶正祛邪功效。但是,该治疗方法临床疗效受到的影响因素较多,包括:合理的贴敷时间、患者体质、贴敷次数等。因此,该研究以老年哮喘为起点,分析冬病夏治理论下中药穴位贴敷在老年哮喘患者中的作用机制,探讨冬病夏治理论下中药穴位贴敷临床治疗优缺点,为老年哮喘患者治疗提供新的方法。
Asthma in the elderly is a chronic airway inflammation mainly caused by eosinophils and mast cells,and patients often have extensive and reversible airflow obstruction symptoms after onset.Because the patient is older and often accompanied by a variety of basic diseases,the clinical manifestations are mostly cough,sputum,prolonged expiration and chest tightness,which affects the patients′health and life.The application of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application under the theory of treatment of winter disease in summer is one of the commonly-used external treatment methods.It has the advantages of safety,effectiveness,simplicity and ease.According to the theory of treatment of winter disease in summer,the application of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application originated from the theories of“natural response”and“prevention”.It is believed that with the help of three volts,the body′s Yang is most prosperous,Qi and blood are full,and Yang Qi rises,causing Qi and blood to float in the body.Dredging meridians and collaterals combined with the corresponding acupoint application,can improve the body′s immunity,so as to play the role of correcting evil.However,the clinical efficacy of this treatment method is affected by many factors,including reasonable application time,patient physique,application frequency,etc.Therefore,this study took elderly asthma as a starting point,analyzed the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application in elderly asthma patients under the theory of treatment of winter disease in summer,and discussed the advantages and disadvantages of clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application under the theory of treatment of winter disease in summer,providing new methods for treating elderly asthma.
