摘要
目的探讨不同选穴冬病夏治穴位贴敷对过敏性鼻炎患者治疗效果及其对血清免疫球蛋白E(IgE)的影响。方法将70例过敏性鼻炎门诊患者随机分为贴敷12穴组[取穴:肺俞(双侧),心俞(双侧),膈俞(双侧),脾俞(双侧),肾俞(双侧),大椎,关元]和贴敷6穴组[取穴:肺俞(双侧),心俞(双侧),膈俞(双侧)]各35例,用冬病夏治贴膏于三伏天头伏、中伏、末伏第1天贴敷于不同穴位,各贴敷2h。治疗前后观察患者过敏性鼻炎症状进行评分,并判定临床疗效;治疗前及治疗1年后检测患者血清IgE水平。结果贴敷12穴组临床疗效总有效率为88.57%,明显高于贴敷6穴组的68.57%(P<0.05)。治疗后贴敷12穴组与贴敷6穴组患者各症状评分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且贴敷12穴组鼻塞、流涕、鼻痒症状评分较贴敷6穴组降低(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗1年后血清IgE水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗1年后贴敷12穴组低于贴敷6穴组(P<0.05)。结论冬病夏治穴位贴敷可以有效治疗过敏性鼻炎,改善临床症状,降低患者血清IgE水平,综合取穴治疗效果更好。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of different acupoint sticking on patients with allergic rhinitis and the effect on serum immunoglobulin E（ IgE） based on ＂winter disease being cared in summer＂. Methods Seventy cases of allergic rhinitis outpatients were randomly divided into two groups. Sticking 12 acupoints group was treated at acupoints including Feishu（ BL13,bilateral）,Xinshu（ BL15,bilateral）,Geshu（ BL17,bilateral）,Pishu（ BL20,bilateral）,Dazhui（ DU14） and Guanyuan（ RN4） ]. Sticking 6 acupoints group was treated at acupoints including Feishu（ BL13,bilateral）,Xinshu（ BL15,bilateral） and Geshu（ BL17,bilateral） ]. Thirty five cases were included in each group. The sticking paste of ＂winter disease being cared in summer＂were applied for 2 hours respectively on the first days of the first,the second and the third of the dog days. The symptoms of allergic rhinitis were observed before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated. The level of serum IgE was measured before treatment and one year after treatment. Results The total effective rate of sticking 12 acupoints group was 88. 57%,which was significantly higher than 68. 57% of sticking 6 acupoints group（ P 0. 05）. After treatment,the score of each symptom in sticking 12 acupoints group and sticking 6 acupoints group was lower than that before treatment（ P 0. 05）,and the scores of nasal congestion,runny nose and nasal itch in the 12 acupoints group was lower than those in the 6 acupoints group（ P 0. 05）. One year after treatment,serum IgE levels in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment（ P 0. 05）,and that in the 12 acupoints group was lower than that in the 6 acupoints group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Acupoint sticking of ＂winter disease being cared in summer＂could effectively treat allergic rhinitis,improve clinical symptoms,reduce serum IgE levels,and the effect of comprehensive acupoint selection seems supperior.
