摘要
目的研究中医护理技术配合穴位敷贴对支气管哮喘对缓解患者肺功能水平,降低不良反应的影响。方法我院2020年5月至2023年7月收治支气管哮喘患者70例,通过双盲法分成两组,各35例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施中医护理技术+穴位敷贴,比较两组干预1个月后,干预效果、肺功能的改善情况及发生的不良反应情况。结果观察组相较于对照组,总有效率更高,不良情绪改善更显著,肺部症状消失时间更短,肺功能各指标改善更显著,生活质量提升更显著,不良反应率更低,组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论支气管哮喘患者临床治疗过程中,通过中医护理配合穴位敷贴的技术支持,可以缓解患者的肺功能水平,提升患者生活质量同时,也能有效降低不良反应率发生,确保患者临床治疗的安全性,适于临床推广。
Objective To study the effect of TCM nursing technology combined with acupoint application on bronchial asthma in relieving the pulmonary function level of patients and reducing adverse reactions.Methods 70 patients with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to July 2023 were divided into two groups with 35 cases each by double-blind method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology and acupoint application.After one month of intervention,the intervention effect,the improvement of patients'lung function and the adverse reactions were compared.Results compared with the control group,the observation group had higher total effective rate,more obvious improvement of bad mood and shorter disappearance time of pulmonary symptoms.The indexes of lung function were improved more significantly,the quality of life was improved more significantly,and the adverse reaction rate was lower.There was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions During the clinical treatment of patients with bronchial asthma,TCM nursing combined with technical support of acupoint application can actively alleviate the level of patients'lung function,improve their quality of life,and effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,ensuring the safety of patients'clinical treatment,which is suitable for clinical promotion.
